• Visit of Director of CAS Prof. Lu Yongxiang to CHILL/DICP 2009-08-04

Director of CAS Prof. Lu Yongxiang visit CHILLcompanied by director of DICP Prof. Zhang Tao and several leaders from Dalian government on 4th, Aug. Prof. Urs introduced overview and development of CHILL to Prof. Lu. Prof. Lu gave several suggestions about further development direction of CHILL kindly. After that, he visit main labtoratory.

• Visit of summer camp students to CHILL/DICP               2009-07-22

Undergraduates from different famous universities in China join in the summer camp organized by DICP. From 21th to 22th, July, they visit CHILL. Prof. Urs and Prof. Liu li present overview and main research field of CHILL separately. Prof. Urs gave students a kind and general overview about the HTMX equipment. Prof. Liu li answer students' inquirement about research in CHILL warmly.

• Visit of Prof. Mingdi Yan to CHILL/DICP                          2009-06-29

Prof.Mingdi Yan of Department of Chemistry at Portland State University, USA, was invited to visit CHILL and DICP on 29th, June. During her visit, Prof. Mingdi Yan was invited to give a lecture on the topic of "Photochemically generated functional surfaces ".

• Visit of Prof. Axel Koenig to CHILL/DICP                          2009-04-10

  Prof. Axel Koenig of Separation Science & Technology at University Erlangen, Germany, was invited to visit CHILL and DICP on10 April. During his visit, Prof. Axel Koenig was invited to give a lecture on the topic of "Production of Ionic Liquids through Metathesis and Purification by Melt Crystallisation ".
